They’re not the best at notifying you when your parts arrive, I’ve had to call them the past couple of times. BUT THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GET IT INSTALLED before I had to go out of town for an extended period of time.

I don't often write reviews, but these guys were very kind and respectful. The wait time was not long and there was no charge for them checking my catalytic converter for issues. Fortunately, everything checked out ok. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

These guys are always great to deal with, and their welder Joe is the best at any shop around. His attention to detail is 2nd to none. As always, great job guys.

This review is long overdue. After waiting over a month with the Kia dealership for a part, I turned to A&B Muffler and was thoroughly impressed. Their quote was three times less than Kia, and they swiftly ordered and delivered the part in just two days. I dropped off my vehicle the same day, they replaced the catalytic converter, and I picked it up on the same day. Subsequently, for other issues, they always accommodate me on the same day or the next. A&B always provide fast and quality service, making me a repeat customer. I rarely recommend or write reviews, but their consistent excellence deserves a 10/10.

I was told the vehicle would be done by Friday after dripping it off Wednesday. Then received NO communication that a part arrived damaged which delayed things. I had to call to get an update on the status of the vehicle & was told it was ready for pickup but when I arrived to get it, the fore mentioned part WAS NOT installed so had to wait nearly 2 more hours for that to be done. Everything looked good when it was done but the communication with these people is not too notch.
